About me

My journey in photography started in the late 80s and early 90s, when my father taught me how to use a 1973 Pentax film camera with manual focus, that I still own. The curiosity never left, but I diverted from photography for some time, returning in the digital era.

As an Environmental Engineer, I was lured into nature and wildlife photography, enjoying my time outside and on the noble art of waiting, sometimes with no results.

Later on I shifted into sports, another passion of mine, and one where everything happens fast, and usually in far from ideal conditions! From grassroots, I climbed my way into professional sports, now already as a professional photographer.

Today, I photograph a wide range of subjects that range from Corporate Events to Session Photoshoots and Major Sports Events.

In a constant evolution I now also dwell into interviews and short documentaries to be able to share the stories I come across Europe.
